Before speaking with one of our managers, we require all interested parties go through a webinar outlining every aspect of the company, from our mission statement to job descriptions to employee perks.
Once you complete the webinar you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire. This questionnaire is essential to moving forward. Your answers to the questions will make it apparent as to whether or not you are fully familiar with the information provided on our website and to see if you really have what it takes to join our team.
Should you qualify for a personal one-on-one 2nd interview with a manager over your state, you will be contacted by one of our New Careers Managers for scheduling. Don’t be nervous! Our New Careers Managers know all the details for moving forward and will make sure you have all the right documentation.
